In the Ticket system [https://servicedesk.algomau.ca/], once you are logged in:

  1. Click the +.  
  2. Select Service Request.
  3. On the left-hand side of the screen, select the type of service you require (i.e. Phone Extension).
  4. Select the service (i.e. Avaya Phone Extension – On-boarding/New Request).    
  5. Complete the request form, and click Place Request.
