Where do I find my PIN that I can use to release print jobs? 

You can use either your PIN or Staff card to release print jobs. To use your PIN, there are two ways you  can obtain your PIN: 

1) Visit https://employees.algomau.ca, click on the Profile tab and view your PIN and your Print  Balance 

2) Visit the Printing System URL at https://10.9.0.4/EQWebClient - login in using your Algoma credentials. Once you are logged in, select 'User Dashboard'

How can I view or delete print jobs before I release them? 

1) Click on the View Jobs tab and you will see your print jobs queued up that are waiting to be  released 

2) If you want to delete job, select the job and Click the Delete Button 



How long do my print jobs stay in the Print_SSM/Print_BR queue? 

The jobs you send will expire within 24 hours. 

How do I change the account that my printing jobs are charged to? 

Note: This is useful for users that have dual roles or if you need to charge to areas on  occasion. 

1. Click on Default Billing Code Tab 

2. Enable the account you want to charge printing – this needs to be enabled before you print the  documents 

3. Click on Confirm Selection 

4. Send your print jobs 

5. If you need to change it back, you need to go back and enable the account you want to change it  back to 

Do we have software that would enable users to charge print jobs prior to sending print jobs?

Yes, we have client software called Equitrac Print Assistant that can be installed on your computer that will prompt for a billing code each time you print. This is useful for positions that need to charge  printing to several different areas. 

How do I report Copying/Printing/Scanning Issues?
