Apart from login problems, for any D2L issue a chat support is available 24/7 to assist you.
1. Go to https://remote.algomau.ca/d2l/login
2. Click on the chat option right at the top right.
Students and Faculty both can access the chat on the main organization page once logged into Brightspace.
